The Retreat at Creekside  is proud to serve the Norton, Ohio area. We are associated with the Creekside Animal Clinic, which is run by Dr.  Michelle Messner, who is a licensed and experienced veterinarian.

Our team is committed to providing the most safe and stress free experience for your pet, and be your first thought when you consider boarding your furry family members. The Retreat at Creekside stays on top of the latest advances in pet care technology and above all, remembers that all animals and pets need to be treated with loving care during every stay. 

What to Expect

We tailor every guests experience as we know every pet is different and brings along their own set of needs. Our facility is also closely tied with Creekside Animal Clinic so we are prepared to handle general medical boarders as well. The staff at The Retreat are all from the local area and will treat your pets as their own.  The Retreat at Creekside utilize all of these factors to not only make your experience personalized to your pet, but also one you will remember next time you are thinking of boarding your furry family members. 

Payment Options

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.  If you are ever concerned about your payment options not being accepted please do not hesitate to contact us and we will answer any questions or concerns.
